The examination area is located in the cities under the jurisdiction of Anhui Province (candidates from Guangde City and susong county took the examination in Xuancheng City and Anqing City respectively). When registering online, candidates should choose the provincial city where their household registration is located or where their residence permit is issued as the examination area; Full-time third-year and above students and full-time graduate students in ordinary colleges and universities in Anhui Province can choose the provincial city where the school is located or the candidate’s household registration is located as the examination area;

Second, the candidates
A person who applies to register for the qualification examination of teachers in kindergartens, primary schools, junior high schools, ordinary senior high schools and secondary vocational schools and the qualification examination of internship instructors in secondary vocational schools, and has one of the following conditions:
1. The place of application for household registration or residence permit is in Anhui Province;
2. Full-time college students of grade three and above and full-time graduate students in Anhui Province;
3. Full-time third-year and above students and full-time graduate students who are registered in Anhui Province and studying in ordinary colleges and universities in other provinces (cities, districts);
4. Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents who hold valid residence permits issued by Anhui public security organs, or valid passes for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents to and from the Mainland, and are valid for five years in mainland travel permit for taiwan residents, studying, working and living in Anhui Province.
Third, the application conditions
(1) Having People’s Republic of China (PRC) nationality;

Four, the examination subjects and schedule

According to the requirements of the Notice on Independent Coding of Public Subjects of Students Majoring in Music, Physical Education and Beauty in Primary and Secondary School Teacher Qualification Examination (Teacher Secretary’s Letter [2017] No.34), starting from the second half of 2017, candidates majoring in Music, Physical Education and Beauty will be given written examination of public subjects I and II (subject codes: 201, 202A, 301A and 302A).
After the implementation of separate coding, candidates majoring in music, physical education and beauty should choose public subjects with separate coding when registering for written examination. Candidates who have passed the subjects 201A and 202A are only allowed to participate in the professional subjects of music, physical education and beauty in primary schools. Candidates who have passed subjects 301A and 302A are only allowed to participate in the professional subjects of music, physical education and beauty in junior high school, senior high school and secondary vocational school. Candidates get qualified scores in subjects 201, 202, 301 and 302, which can replace the qualified scores in subjects 201A, 202A, 301A and 302A accordingly; Candidates’ qualified scores of 201A, 202A, 301A and 302A cannot replace those of subjects 201, 202, 301 and 302.
According to the requirements of the Teacher Affairs Department of the Ministry of Education, since the second half of 2017, the subjects of "mental health education", "Japanese" and "Russian" have been added to the cultural courses of junior high school, senior high school and secondary vocational school in the qualification examination for primary and secondary school teachers, and the written test subject of the above three new subjects, Subject Knowledge and Teaching Ability, will be assessed together with the interview; The subjects of "mental health education", "information technology" and "primary school general practice" were added to the primary school category interview. According to the Notice of the Teacher Affairs Department of the Ministry of Education on Adjusting the Names of Some Examination Subjects in the Qualification Examination for Primary and Secondary School Teachers (Teacher’s Letter No.14 [2021]), since June 2021, the names of subjects in the Qualification Examination for Primary and Secondary School Teachers, such as Primary School Society, have been adjusted accordingly, as follows:
1, primary school interview subjects, "primary school society" is adjusted to "primary school morality and rule of law".
2, junior high school written examination subjects, "ideological and moral knowledge and teaching ability (junior high school)" is adjusted to "moral and legal knowledge and teaching ability (junior high school)".
3, junior middle school interview subjects, "ideological and moral (junior middle school)" is adjusted to "morality and rule of law (junior middle school)".
V. Registration Method and Operation Steps
Registration is divided into three stages: online registration of candidates, reporting, review and payment.
(1) Registration and reporting
Candidates should log on to the Primary and Secondary School Teacher Qualification Examination Network (http://ntce.neea.edu.cn) within the specified time to register, fill in personal information and enter the examination information (IE browser is recommended). Those who fail to register or only register within the time limit and fail to submit the subject information shall not submit the application information again.
Candidates should fill in their names, ID numbers and other information correctly when registering. After completing the registration, fill in personal information, upload electronic photos, select the examination area and apply for subjects according to the process.
Candidates must fill in their personal information correctly. Anyone whose name and ID number are inconsistent with the information on the candidate’s resident ID card shall not take the exam. If it is found that the name or ID number filled in is wrong after the registration is approved, the candidate shall bring his/her ID card to the municipal education examination institution for amendment within one week after the registration deadline, and it will not be corrected after the examination.
Photo requirements:
1. I have bareheaded, front, color and white background photo in recent 6 months, which shows the upper part of the examinee’s head and shoulders, and I am not allowed to wear hats, headscarves, hair bands and sunglasses; Candidates can choose to go to the photo studio or use Alipay and other apps to make ID photos.
2. The photo file is not more than 200K, and the format is jpg/jpeg.
3. The photos will be used for the admission ticket and the examination certificate. Candidates are requested to upload them in strict accordance with the requirements. Candidates who upload non-certified photos will not pass the examination.
Candidates are required to fill in all the subjects to be registered at one time. After passing the examination, no more subjects may be added, reduced or changed.
(2) Audit
In the written test, the on-site examination of the qualification for the examination will no longer be conducted, and the municipal education enrollment examination institutions will be responsible for the online examination.
Candidates’ information can only be paid after being approved, and registration can only be completed after the payment is successful.
If the application information has been submitted before the deadline for examination, but it has not been examined or failed, the application information can be modified and submitted again. (3) Payment
According to the Letter of Anhui Provincial Finance Department of Anhui Provincial Price Bureau on Relevant Issues Concerning the Fees for Teachers’ Qualification Examination in Anhui Province (Anhui Price Fee Letter [2015] No.209) and the Announcement on the Fees for Primary and Secondary School Teachers’ Qualification Examination (Teaching Test Center Letter [2015] No.147), the fees for primary and secondary school teachers’ qualification examination in our province are written. 1.
